Delete your account & data
Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your account inside the Ressq app. If you cannot access the app, support can help you exercise your data rights.
Delete in the app
- Open Profile in the mobile app.
- Select Account, then Delete Account.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first — via the Google Play app, Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or your Profile page on the web — to avoid further charges.
- Review the deletion summary and confirm permanent deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email address)
- Saved bet history and bet review conversations
- App preferences and settings
- Usage and analytics data linked to your account
What we retain & why
- Transaction records — Apple, Google, Stripe or RevenueCat may retain records under legal obligations and their own policies.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely; these contain no personally identifiable information.
